As a 33 year old female who now lives outside of the US, I really am quite put off by how often the F-word is used in movies, Cable TV shows and just by everyday people. Who thinks it is used too much that is just sounds blatantly stupid and dosen`t mean anything anymore? Thanks Tarantino!

yes. It's overused and has lost meaning...it's used everywhere.

Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hate it, seems as though you can't watch anything anymore without hearing it. It bothers me so bad that if I'm watching something and I keep hearing it, I will just turn the channel even if it is a good show otherwise. I am a 39 year old female and just can't believe that some things are allowed on air. Even the t.v. shows on today are sometimes nasty and it seems that you can't sit and watch anything without it having something to do with sex or scantily clad women.

I am all for freedom of speech and so forth, but I have small children and they are hearing and seeing things that I didn't hear and see until I was much older. I think this is why our society is so screwed up.

I agree the words are being used loosely and much too frequently. They are slang, some kids, adults and teenagers use them perhaps thinking it allows them to look, sound better and fit in any social group easier etc. Sadly yet Thankfully for me, when I read over them I soon realize the vocabulary level is far less than we should expect from our society today. I have even heard small children repeat such words and that is disturbing.

Well, that's cute how you gave some credit where some credit was due...LOL...

Yes, it has become meaningless the more it is used...

I just hate it being used so much where young children will

hear it and get the impression it is ok to use that word...

It decays the morals of our society and young people...

It is a worthless word but unfortuneately, known to all...

I had a friend who taught me something cute and funny

years ago and I think it should be passed on here...

Instead of saying "Jesus Christ" as a response to a thought,

say instead..."cheese and rice"...

Pretty cute huh???

Kinda rhymes doesn't it???

Today...such words as those are now starting to change as a "normal" thing.

It's like people of new generations are now very much coped up with.

Don't take it too bad but that's the reality today.

It's almost the same like how a ten year old boy works on a private mining corporation these days.

Right on Girl.

I am a man of 57yrs and I think it is so much better when people talk, and refer to each other with dignity and respect.

Anything else is coarse, crass, and very demeaning.

We don't need to curse and swear to prove who we are.

I think that those who use that type of vocabulary, are truly trying to show how tough and macho or in the female vocabulary to show they are better than others.

Maybe they are afraid to be themselves, and hide this with a bad mouth.

It is ridiculously used alot!I only use it when I am totally pissed off and ready to kill!My Nieces & Nephews are in their teens & their parents let them cuss on a regular basis..I find that disgusting,as well as the fact its so acceptable by society..Sad to think respect & decency has gone to the trash can..I think we can thank society as well as parents who allow such language..not just Hollywood..ya know?
