After you use GHS Fest Frets (GFF) you should feel a slight residue on your strings. If you don't feel that residue anymore, or the end of the applicator is shot... its time to replace it.

quickly be troubled is purely oil, undecided if it is vegetable or mineral nevertheless. i've got used it on my guitars for a protracted time without undesirable consequences. once you're incredibly annoying approximately it probably affecting your guitar, positioned it on in the past you play and wipe it off afterwards. i've got left it on my strings, i've got purposely positioned greater on when I play, no huge deal. i admire the slick experience it provides my arms, it makes it much less stressful to slip 'em around. i've got no longer used too many different products - in spite of the fact that i've got heard good issues approximately Guitar Honey. have not tried Stringfellow or head approximately it.
